Ninja Foodi

My children surprised me this Christmas with an 8 quart Ninja Foodi – air fryer.  I guess I was hinting well enough.  I am learning how to cook with it and so far I am loving this lil machine!  I am trying recipes from the provided book and I purchased another cookbook recently to help me to perfect the cooking process to move on with my own recipes.
